Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of RARECAL Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional non-destructive testing (NDT) and welding inspection services to industrial clients. Specific services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about inspection requirements
• Ensure safe access to inspection sites
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Pricing and Payments

Services are provided at the rates agreed upon in the service contract. Payment terms will be specified in the contract, typically net 30 days from invoice date.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of business.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid for those specific services. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
